Level 1 – Apprentice Applicator | $28–$32/hr

  • Assist spray techs

  • Surface prep and masking

  • Material handling

  • Learn internal waterproofing systems

Level 2 – Certified Spray Applicator | $32–$36/hr

  • Operate spray systems independently

  • Maintain quality standards

  • Lead small setups

  • Complete internal and manufacturer certifications

Level 3 – Senior Applicator | $36–$42/hr

  • Train junior techs

  • Coordinate materials and small scopes

  • Maintain safety and quality oversight

Level 4 – Lead Applicator / Crew Lead | $42–$48/hr + performance bonuses

  • Manage full project scopes

  • Communicate with clients

  • Execute project timelines and quality control

Level 5 – Project Manager / Operations | $90K–$120K+ salary

  • Lead multiple crews

  • Oversee project budgets and client relations

  • Profit-share opportunities
